Oceano Palace, Mazatlan

My stay at this hotel was pretty disappointing. The rooms had several cleanliness issues, and the noise from the bands and karaoke made it almost impossible to relax. However, the staff were friendly and tried their best to accommodate us. The location is also convenient, but be prepared for loud music at all hours.
